I just bought another computer, only working on my notebook drives me nuts. Is it allowed to install LFO Tool and Cthulu on a 2nd computer? I couldn't find anything on the forums or in my account.

Yes, you may install them on as many machines as you own! You'll find the latest versions in the respective product forums.
