Automation questions?

I am using Serum with Ableton Live. I have two questions regarding automation:

  1. When using Serums internal MIDI map I can record automation, but it's not in Live's automation lane, it's somewhere "inside" Serum instead?
    Can I see what I recorded somewhere? Can I copy this  to a Live's automation lanes? 
  2. Can I automate turning  an LFO on/off and how?

Thanks for the interest in Serum.  (there is a Serum forum visible to registered users!)

re: 1,  That is how Live works, you want to MIDI map to the automation parameter from the Live layer instead if you want it to record.
re:2, You can automate the depth of the LFO to 0 on the matrix assignments (output slider).  If the LFO is used repeatedly you can make e.g. a Macro or ModWheel be the Aux Src and control the LFO that way.
