Can't find DJM Filter in Logic Pro X

I'm having trouble trying to locate DJM filter in LPX! It shows up in my plug-in manager and had the checkmark stating it's been successfully installed but I can't seem to find it in my Audio FX drop down menu.

Update: It does appear in the Stereo Out channel, doesn't seem to appear in the Inst. channels though. Is this just how it was programmed?

It's a stereo insert, it is not an instrument, but you can put a mono->stereo utility before if you need it on a mono insert.
