I'm running Logic 8.0.2, and Cthulhu installed smoothly;
now as witnessed the top of the plug-in interface, the midi IAC driver bus 1 is available, but Cthulhu doesn't work as advertised;
so I dived into the environment — i.e. clicks & ports — and made a direct connection from bus 1 to the channel strip object representing the target instrument: still can't make Cthulhu arpeggiate as it should…
What am I missing?
Isn't there some instructions for use, or a user guide, somewhere?
You need to load a chord preset.
environment changes aren't needed if you pencil notes on Cthulhu's track. / Only needed for realtime playing from a MIDI keyboard.
I would recommend logic X strongly as there is a MIDI Fx version of cthulhu.
I'm not sure I understand: do I need to purchase the product to read the manual?
we just updated the website, so indeed the manuals aren't available on the website at the moment unless you have the product registered.
