Cant use xfer serum in fl studio (bought from splice)

I've scanned serum into fl studio, and whenever I click to run serum, fl studio crashes. It says (fl studio stopped working). I cant access my splice/xfer linked account, so that is why it doesn't show that I have purchased it on this account. I would really like to use the product I have purchased.

try deleting C:/%APPDATA/Xfer folder
if the problem persists, try deleting or renaming Serum Presets folder in Documents/Xfer and reinstall from splice app, plugins tab.
