Hey. I'm thinking about buying the Cthulhu plugin for a while now, but i am wondering if you guys knows any video on how to set it up with Fl Studio 12? I think i know how to set it up, maybe its like omnisphere routing the midi but routing the midi from cthulhu to a other vst. My question was bad, i was wondering if its possible to record from chtulhu and get actuall midi data in the pianoroll so i can make some touches by hand! cheers
FL Studio doesn't support recording MIDI From a VST. You can use a plugin such as piz midilooper inserted after Cthulhu to capture and save a MIDI file. Or alternatively (more complicated) you can use a MIDI loopback driver to route the MIDI from Cthulhu out of FL Studio, and back in to its input.
Thanks for answer. it sucks that fl doesn't support this. hope they will in future updates. Do you have any videos on how to set it up? been googling now for a while but im not native english talking so i maybe not be googling the right words to find an useful video/article. Cheers
there's some discussion in the Cthulhu forum, I don't have a video made, but it can be done in the patcher.
