Cthulhu questions / proposals

Started by anselm

Hi Steve,

  1. Is there a line in the sequencer of Cthulhu that triggers not individual notes of a chord but the entire chord?
This is something I would often want when jamming.

  2. Is it possible to shift the sequence to the left or right, so the start and relation to the song project changes?

bump and additional proposal: How about polyphonic arpeggios? Intervals instead of monophonic sequences could be fun.

*diclaimer: I use Logic and Logic is not yet able to record Midi from Midi-Plug-Ins. That's why until Logic can do this, I am not using arp-Plug-Ins. I want to. And I will the same day there's a Logic update that adds this function. So, if Cthulhu actually already does what I am proposing here, please tolerate my ignorance.

  1. Yes the "chord mode" switch, you can switch between patterns if you want this on and off.
  2. With the "note retrig" option you can retrigger a sequence offset, you can also offset the graph data with shift-alt-click.
