Double click to input value issue

H, steve.. I using serum 1.113 OSX 10.10.3 in Reaper as my DAW.  I got issue when I trying to input value. When I double click, the number is showing up, but after input the number, nothing happen and the number still show up even I change page. It is very annoying, especially master tune in fader only input the percentage that not accurately sync with semi/fine tune value. :(

You have to use the enter key to actually enter the value, or ESC to cancel.

Not working here.. I use reaper 5.35 

It's probably getting intercepted by Reaper then, try shift+enter.
