How do I add LFO swing in Serum2?

When I right-click on the RATE knob, SWING appears, but it doesn't feel like it's being applied.

( My English is not good, so I used a translator. )

Adjust the swing parameter, just above the keyboard at the right hand side, to set the amount of swing.
