Installed Install_Xfer_OTT.exe but it doesn't show up in folder?

I use FL so when I scan for plug-ins it can't find it because the plug in, even though installed and pointed to my destination folder, doesn't even show up. For example (I'm not tech savvy), let's assume during the install I asked the plug in to be saved in My Documents. After the install, when I go to said folder nothing is there. So obviously when I scan for it in FL nothing comes up.

Any help please would love to try this.

You can try right-click -> "run as administrator" or extract the DLL by opening the EXE in 7-zip (freeware).
