Legal question

Situation I'm currently in is not very "fun", finantial vise. Even additional 10€ monthly is a bit problematic - I can do it, but would rather save it if possible. So there's the question: If I rent serum trough splice for a month or two, play with it, make myself a sound library with it, is it mine to use after the period I rented them for? If I try selling a track that contains samples made in a program I don't own (technically it's what I would be doing, even though at the same time they are my samples and my intelectual property)?

You own what you output with Serum. If you stop leasing Serum that isn't a legal issue, you just can't use Serum or open those projects.
