License for LFO Tool and Serum

Do you have to buy a license for each platform (i.e. MacOS and Windows) if you plan on using it for both platforms or is the license good to be used on both platform. I purchased Cthulhu which I use for both platform but don't know if it applies for Serum and the LFO Tool.
