I am on Mac and I am having huge trouble with this I hope someone can help I got serum but it doesn't work the installer won't open anything it just says installed but doesn't install anything it won't work for some reason I've been trying for hours and have no idea how to get it to work. I think my file could be corrupted and don't know how to fix it. Is my file broken or do I have to do something else because I clicked on it and followed what it says but is not working please help.
