I have no products registered under my Xfer account even though I thought Serum registration gets automatically created via Splice when signing up for rent-to-own. I've already paid the full amount, but I see no products under my Xfer account and want to update my Serum to the newest version.

The contact form is the way to handle registration issues as it gets in to personal info. Please include your Splice username. thanks!
