Number Keypad is not working in Serum

I am using Fl Studio 20 (64 bit) & using Serum 32+64 bit version 127b2 & everytime I click on pitch value to type in exact number it opens but when I type a number in, it does nothing. Delete button also changes snap mode in fl studio instead of value. I can right click & cut & paste numbers but no typing.
Number lock is not on. Anyone else have the same problem? Or have any ideas on how I can fix this?

Thank you so much!

I found out that if I click on the "make bridged" setting in processing settings for plugins then it will let me type in numbers and delete numbers with keypad. I assume this has something to do with Fl Studio?

How come it doesnt work when it's not bridged?

The keypad doesnt work when it's not bridged, instead fl studio thinks I'm playing a note instead of typing number in serum. Deleting number also changes snap mode.

FL Studio has a setting "keep focus" in the wrapper settings (top-left of plugin window) which blocks keystrokes to the plugin, you should uncheck that.

Hey Steve, thank you so much for the info! And thanks for the quick customer support email reply. So I found out that keep focus doesn't work. Either Bridging Serum in Settings of the vst plugin or turning off Typing Keyboard to piano keyboard in Fl Studio (Ctrl + T) because for some reason Everytime I use serum with "typing keyboard to piano keyboard on" in Fl Studio (Little piano icon next to metronome) it thinks I'm using Fl studio still not serum.
