OTT differences Win/OSX

Hi all,

i am a very happy user of Serum, Cthulhu and LFOTool, as well as the OTT. I use it on Mavericks and Win7x64, both in Ableton Live and also in Cubase 6.5 on the PC.
However, the Windows version lacks the L/M/H level controls and also the bottom dials for setting the amount of upward and
downward compression. I find these extremely helpful to work with the OTT on Mac OSX, but i have to use the Ableton multiband compressor with the OTT preset and there's no real alternative in cubase to me.
Are the missing controls a result of some error? I installed the plugin into a different folder than the older version, because i first thought the .dll did not get overwritten  properly, but i got the same problem with it too.
Bug or (lack of) feature? If it's the latter, will it ever be ported / updated on Windoze?

try deleting OTT dll (yes that is the old version) and use "run as administrator" on the new installer.

it was OTT_64.dll already and yes, running the installer as administrator solved the issue.
