i signed up for the rent to own plan for serum but for some reason it doesn't show up in ableton, I've reinstalled serum several times and whenever I restart my DAW it doesn't show up at all even when the splice app is open, it tells me it's active but how is it active if I can't even use it nor find it
Hello I just signed up for the rent-to-own as well! Big, Big, Big Ups to Steve Duda for making it possible! When you installed Serum it asked where wanted to save the .vst file. In Ableton's preference menu under file settings you can select a file to scan for plug-ins. So if you saved it to your dedicated vst file and it didn't show up, try rescanning your folder.
