Serum Change Logs?

I am just looking to find the Serum Change Logs and/or where new features and bug fixes are posted for each update.

The release notes are found in "your account"->downloads.  Assuming you're using Splice rent-to-own, you need to log in through your Splice account credentials / email you used to sign up with Splice -> forgot password.

I am using splice rent to own but can't see changelogs under "my account" :(
It says "You have no purchases!"

that is correct, until payments begin.
