When I install fresh version of serum it crashes my DAW(ableton) the moment I try to load serum into a new track. After a while I found a solution to make it work - I deleted all files with names "put your presets\tables\effects here" from user folders. Although it allowed me to load serum and work with it for some time, there was another problem. After a while(2-3 days to a week), serum stops working and crashes ableton as usual. I already moved serum presets folder to disk C and removed plugindatabase.dat, serum.config and user.dat from appdata/roaming/xfer folders, but it doesn't help.
I found on a forum folder with diagnostics logs for MAC, can you tell me is there a similar folder on PC so I could look for logs and find a possible problem? Or maybe there is another way to solve my particular problem?
