Serum Update - bought through the splice - already paid

Hi, please help, I need to update my serum. It is bought through the splice and is already paid in full. How do I get to the update installer? When I log in to this site via a splice account, I will not be able to. I also can't create an xfer account via my splice email, it tells me it already exists. What should I do? Well thank you
