I've downloaded splice, and am renting-to-own Serum. However, for some reason I can't install/download/update on my PC or Mac. I'm not really sure what to do as it is a step-by-step installation.

Nevermind I found out what was wrong. Horrible Spectrum download speeds was causing the issue. Took my machine to a friends house. Install went right through and successfully added it to my DAW
