I logged into Splice with my Apple ID, but I can't log in to Xfer with it. My Apple ID is a Gmail account, so I tried logging in with Gmail, but that didn't work. I then created a new Xfer account using the same Gmail address I used for my Apple ID, but now it says I do not own Serum 2. I own Serum on Splice with my Apple ID, so why doesn't Xfer show that I do? I even tried using a apple private mail account, but that didn't work either. Please help me resolve this issue.
