Supporting Xfer

Started by geocline

Steve and all,

I am constantly blown away with the Xfer records products, both paid and free. Not only are they of incredible quality, but the serve you supply is second to none. I mean really, being able to talk directly to the owner/programmer, come on, who does that!!?!?!?!?

I honestly don't know how you have the time to make music, tour and play live, create these plugins, and then answer all of our questions (some of them very silly and elementary, if I might speak for myself!).

I have seen some of your recent posts, mentioning some of the free plug-ins, and you say something like 'keep supporting Xfer records.'

My question is this, what is the best way to support Xfer? I have bought both Nerve and LFO Tool, are there tracks we can buy, say on Beatport or the like, or directly from your website? And/or do you have a paypal account set up that we could keep donating to?

I know I, for one, as I am sure many others would agree, sooo appreciate your hard work on the free upgrades, which so enhance each product that we have already paid for, and your personal, helpful responses to our forum posts, and want to make sure that your are able to continue.

Help us to help you, ha!

Thanks Steve!

Geo

Hi Geo,

Thanks very much for the kind words and for your support!

Purchasing Nerve and LFOTool is pretty much all I could ask for from an individual. While there are releases on Beatport, this doesn't contribute any noticable income to me.

The best thing you can do is spread the word about Nerve and LFOTool and how you are happy with them! They aren't well on the radar, at least this is what people tell me when they finally discover them :)

Word of mouth is the best possible promotion, and since I don't have an advertising budget, it is pretty much my sole means of getting sales!

Warm Regards,
Steve

Nobody provides both quality and knowledge like M. Duda. So I wonder by I didn't post such a big THANK YOU before.

Having paid for Nerve and LFOTool ~ 1 year ago, I just got an iPad 2 and would like to add that providing not only the best products and service, Steve has done an awesome work in building Lemur & OSC templates.

Steve, Thank you. Bonus : your tracks are … No word to tell, my body says more than my mouth ;-).

And thanks to Xfer users who make this community constantly evolve, human, a real pleasure.

Antoine, from France.

NB : Steve and us are a living proof that electronic music and searching for more efficient ways to produce aren't no more than human sciences ^^ !

A dedicace to people who see electro as machine music, they don't catch, it's a real miss. Not blaiming, just thinking it's sad for them.
