I applied for the student discount before, it got approved and i added it to my cart. After that i went to my banking app to transfer my money to buy it, when i went back onto the website my discount was not there anymore. I contacted support about 3 weeks ago 3 times and still havnt gotten a reply back. I then applied for the student discount again, it got approved. When i clicked on the link i got in my email it opened up the website and i got this error message. How am i supposed to redeem the student discount when it doesnt even work?
