I've heard many dubstep tracks use this type of sound, but I can't seem to find any names for it.
When the drop begins around 0:15, after the growl there is a melodic synth that plays a very short note (heard again at 0:23 and so on)
What are these synth sounds called in dubstep? They're like chords or something, but I cannot figure out their name, let alone make them.
Any help would be appreciated.
