Unable to use American Express in checkout

I tried an AmEx card and it declines.  I'm no where near my limit.  I called the bank and they say it's due to a address verification.  I don't see a place on the Xfer account to put in an address.  Am I doing something wrong here?

I've had AMEX purchases go through successfully, so I'm not sure there.  I don't ask for address, I used to, but it  both confused people (they think the software is shipping) and seems like unneeded typing.
In any case I saw your paypal payment, so you're all sorted!
