User presets not loading

Hi, for some reason I can't use a custom bank of presets. I've unzipped them and put them in the correct presets folder on my PC. They're appearing in the list under the new folder I've created for the bank but it just keeps playing the same sound as I've got loaded. Any help much appreciated.

The demo version doesn't load third party presets. If you have purchased Serum it must have been on a different email address. Please use the contact form if I can help further.
