Windows 10 64bit , LATEST SERUM 64bit and 32bit crashing Ableton

Ive seen thread for people having issues with Serum crashing Ableton when a Splice lease was involved and Ive seen multiple references to deleting the presets.db file as a solution to this issue however that solution is not working for me. I have ensured that there are no presets of mine in a subdirectory. So all presets are in  presets/*A FOLDER*/. None are in say presets/*A FOLDER*/*ANOTHER FOLDER*/. The same goes for my wavetables and noises. There are no foreign files in any directory for instances I thought perhaps an accidental file type in one of these directories would cause the issue so I made sure that any incidentally created files like ableton .asd files werent in any of the wavetable directories. Long before I went back to school to become a mix engineer and producer I was programmer , though I haven't been employed in doing so since the early nineties I am literate enough in said matters that even if I were to receive some advice a bit more complicated than the average user could handle I'm sure could is what Im saying. If there is anything I can do to help get to the root of the issue Id be happy to help as I really enjoy using Serum but I can not get through a sound design session without it crashing my DAW at this time. I also have LOGIC on my MAC and though I don't use it as regularly the same issue is occurrin even after the presetsdb file has been deleted.

Go to C:\%APPDATA%\ and delete the Xfer folder.

Use the contact form if the problem persists, I'm sure we'll resolve it.
