I'm currently demo-ing Cthulhu in Studio One 3 and Live.
I got it working perfectly in Live but after trying about an hour or so in Studio One 3, I still cannot get it to work. There's absolutely no sound. Tried the manual and YouTube but still no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Draw notes on Cthulhu's track, you should hear the test tone if enabled in top-left.
To use another synth, You need to set the *input* on the destination synth track to Cthulhu and record enable that track.

Thanks for your help but I have already tried that with no luck.
I reinstalled both and they are working now. Happily demo-ing them now and will most probably buy Cthulhu soon!

Sorry to re-open this. This is for the original poster Paul. How did you get it to work with Studio One 3? I use both as well.
