What are your monitors of choice for mixing? Any philosophy around that that you'd like sharing?

I have Genelec 8250A's, its all about becoming familiar with a speaker so that translating to other playback systems should not be a big surprise. I like the hyped sound of Genelecs, it keeps ear fatigue to a minimum (which is huge) and the present highs means you're unlikely to push a mix to harshness. They also have a great stereo image and detail.
