To create my own skin do i just grab all of the default assets and copy them to a folder with a new name and start change everything? Also what is the differant between 1x and 2x?

I have the same question. Is there a way to just change over the skin type? Or is this option yet to be implemented.
There is no official skin support but I'm heading that way.

Yes, that's all you do, it's a very lengthy process adjusting every texture in serum, but it's as easy as it sounds. the difference between 1x and 2x is the size and scaling, so when serum is running on 10%-100% resolution, 1x will load, however, when serum is running at +110%, it loads the 2x textures
Would Really love to have an App/Website like one is there for Ableton (abletontheme.com) to Customize your Own Serum Skin Like I would LIke TO have My artist Name CMND Z on the Serum because its either Serum or Operator(Ableton) I Use to sound design. :)
