hey guys, I just downloaded serum and Cthulhu but my pc cant run them…..
can someone help me out?

You need Windows7 SP1 or later. You also need a VST (or AAX) host program such as Reaper, Cubase, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Studio One, etc.
It could be that your virus protection software is preventing you from installing, i had that problem, try disabling your virus software when you install.
