Updating thru splice app?

Howdy. I own serum via splice RTO. Im using windows 10 and cant not figure out how to update serum. When i go to the xfer site it says i dont own serum, which i do. Tried the 'forgot your password' thing already. When i launch the splice app, all i see is the option to downlaod serum, which is already installed on this machine and working fine….
im stumped.

Any ideas?

The lease registration would be under the email address you used with Splice when starting the lease- please use the contact form on the FAQ & Support page, and mention your Splice username.
