DL'd 8-bit shaper off splice but it's not showing up after rescan in ableton

onto the issue. I downloaded 8-bit shaper and threw it into my custom VST folder. Rescanned in ableton 64-bit and it's not showing up so i'm really not sure where to go from here.

It's 32-bit only, so deleting the plugin would be the right step as I can't really recommend using a bit bridge such as jBridge.
