So I've searched around the internet for a bit and I can only find serum fx on splice and I was wondering if there was a way I could just pay upfront and get serum fx instead of those monthly payments of 9$.

If you already purchased serum you should already have serumfx? if not i'm sure you can just find the download to that in the "Your account" page ("See Available Serum Downloads")
