So I have lost my Xfer records account cause I don't know the email address but I need serum back. Idk how I can retrieve my account back to get serum. Obviously I get that I can't just ask for serum with no proof that I bought it but I have the bank details which show I have paid . How can I get the email or just serum back ?
You should use the contact form on the Support tab of the website, list what usernames or email addresses you think have used ideally, and the date/time of purchase from your statement along with the Merchant ID it displays on that line item on your statement.
I'm having the same issue. I can't see anywhere on the website where there is a support tab. @steve_xfer where should I reach out to for further assistance?
