serum upgrade if i bought serum from splice

i bought serum in 2018 through splice rent-to-own system and there is no clear way on how do i get the serum 2. i have tried finding if i can register the serial number to my xfer account, but so far no luck. any ideas?

same here. the "update" doesn't appear for me in splice. and serum license doesn't show up in refx account page.

Someone said to change your email to the one that's linked to your splice one. I tried that too and it didn't work.

So far, still stuck with the demo.
