serum 2 splice

Hello, how do I update to Serum 2 when I bought it through splice and now the xferrecords website tells me that we have nothing registered there, even though I bought it and have been using it since 2020

having the same problem

When updating to Serum2 will I still have serum1 in my list of products on xfer account?

I am having the same issue. Any solutions?

Go to XLN website, login, serum 2 download
"You have no orders"
??? - but I have a serum licence I bought through splice
