I've looked all over and can't get anyone to help me after purchasing this product. My old account info is lost after resetting my laptop and I need to redownload serum. I have the serial code and purchase date but can't seem to go anywhere from here. @steve_xfer or anyone from xfer records please let me know what do.
use the forgot password button at the sign in and put in the email you used to sign up initially to reset your password. if you have multiple email addresses you use & can't remember which email you signed up with, try doing it with all of them till one works. if you have so many email addresses that you can't remember all of them, that's prob a bigger issue and I'd look into fixing that first.
this isn't a big corporate entity like native instruments or Universal Audio where there's hundreds of employees…this is pretty much just a one man show, and I'd venture a bet that this one man is the busiest human on the planet at the moment.
Have a little patience & perspective. Think about how slammed he is at the moment, and maybe it might help towards not being so incensed that someone who's likely juggling a thousand balls trying to resolve S2-related issues for people right now (not to mention these issues are on a new flagship product he's giving away for free to previous owners) can't help fix an issue which they had ZERO hand in causing for you at the exact moment you want them to. Fair?

Indeed things have been really slammed, sincere apologies as of course I knew things were coming but there was a confluence of issues at once that were unforeseen including trending worldwide on several social platforms and also an unfortunately timed DDOS attack which we fortunately mitigated quick, and a primary support person getting a serious flu..
I do spend a lot of time trying to ensure decent support, but we did not have the smoothest of roll-outs . I did 22 hours straight of email with one break to eat, and had more inbox than when I began. But we're digging our way out and hopefully long-term can have reply times fast all times of day.
@steve_xfer I would strongly recommend opening up the Discord for everyone so the community can support each other to take the load off your back.
