Preset packs aren't working in Serum

Have just tried using a preset pack in serum (OG) for the first time and can't get it to work.

It's showing in the drop down menu and seems to be in the right place (Serum Presets > Presets) and all are FXP files but when I load the preset in the envelopes and LFOs change but nothing changes on the oscillators.

Have tried deleting the dll files, rescanning, installing the newest updated version and rescanning again but no luck. Any help would be appreciated please, cheers

I am seeing this problem as well, but with Serum 2, it makes it a little tricky to work out what's going on as someone new to Serum with Serum 2.

Fully restarting my Macbook seemed to fix this. Wonder if the Serum install hadn't fully completed or something until I did so.
