Serum 2 installed but not showing in Cubase Plugins list

I installed Serum 2 earlier using the default installation options in the installer. This is on Windows 11.

Despite running a manual scan and updating the VST plugins list, Cubase does not show Serum 2 in the plugins list - just my original Serum 1 VST3.

I have run a Windows search for "Serum2.vst3" and found the file in two locations on my C drive.

""C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Serum2.vst3\Contents\x86_64-win\Serum2.vst3""

and ""C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Serum2.vst3\Contents\x86_64-win\Serum2.vst3"

What am I doing wrong? I've not encountered this issue before with my other VST3 plugins.

Thanks for any help and advice you can offer.

I have managed to fix this. For some reason the folder was different from the other VST3 folders and Cubase could not access it.

I solved this by making a new folder and transferring all the contents to it then replacing the original folder in CommonFIles/VST3.

It now works thanks. And thank you for this amazing upgrade.
