So i bought Serum long ago through Splice, today i install Serum 2 and when it loaded it say "This machine is not yet authorized for Serum 2", and when i click OK, it takes me to Xfer's website, i login with the same email i used for Splice and in "my account" page it said i have no order
Anyone know how to fix this problem?

I am on FL studio and am having the same issue, I just bought serum 2 through the actual xfer website and got a serial number for serum 1 and was able to get it up and running on fl studio, but when I downloaded and installed serum 2 after for the first time its saying " This machine is not yet authorized for Serum 2". The FAQ and support is no help because it just says to " start serum 2 and retreive the machine ID" but when i open serum 2 in fl studio it just says " This machine is not yet authorized for Serum 2". Am I missing something here?
im having the exact same problem, hasnt worked since it came out.. so annoying
same issue. i'm still being charged for my serum 2 subscription but even after doing everything on the xfer and serum faq pages, nothing can get it to work. i'm very frustrated

You should see two buttons, click the OK button to authorize.
There have been reports of some DAWs incorrectly resizing Serum's GUI such that the buttons are not visible.
If that's happening to you, please try a different DAW or free VST3 hosting app.
