I purchased Serum from the official Xfer Records website a long time ago. Recently, when I tried to update to Serum 2, I found that I can’t log in with my registered email — it says my email is not recognized.
I created a new account using the same email to check, but the new account is empty with no order history or license info. Now when I open Serum 2, it says my license is invalid and blocks me from using the plugin.
The old Serum (v1) still works fine, which makes me think my license file is still valid locally, but the new system doesn’t recognize it.
