Serum 2 loading issue

Hello
I'm having an issue where Serum 2 will load fine, but then the next time I try to open it on an instrument track I get a message saying "Failed to load. Update to the latest version or contact the manufacturer". I have the latest version, so I don't know what the problem is. As of now, the only way to fix it is to re-install Serum 2. However that only fixes it for one or 2 times. I really don't want to have to install Serum 2 every time I want to use it.

Have same issue with logic latest version (on mac)

I have to reinstall it each time and it loads a few times then just get a blank plugin window. serum 1 still loads and works fine, but 2, since the start has had this issue. Very annoying.

Please contact Xfer support so that we can do some troubleshooting to hopefully get to the bottom of and resolve this issue.
We are not able to reproduce this problem on our test Macs so cannot resolve this without your help.
