hi! i already sent an email, but got no response since. i don`t know what happened. maybe my account got hacked? but last week i opened one of my current live projects and suddenly it said: this machine is not authorized yet. i registered serum2 almost on day 1. originally i had a "rent to own" plan on splice for serum 1. years ago. i tried to authorize again, but in my account it says: no authorizations left. a look at "my" machine registrations brought a bad surprise: there where 4 machines authorized (offline) and all of them show the date Feb. 1st 2026. 2 times macos, 2 times Windows. i do not even have a windows machine and my mac was, as i said, authorized almost from day 1 after the release of serum 2. i wanted to remove this authorizations, which is not possible (because they are offline authorizations maybe? idk) please help me get rid of this authorizations so i can register my machine again. just tell me what to do? change my password? my username/email? send you my passport? whatever!!!!!! my deadline for this project is next week. PLZ show me a way how we can work this out! thx in advance!

I guess it just sucks to be you… Maybe next time you won't be so greedy trying to authorize so many computers. That's a red flag and an operator error.
