Just purchased Serum 2, can I download Serum 1 as well?

same here, is serum 1 available for splice serum2 customers ?
only serum2 available in my account available downloads

I also have it bought with splice, can I have access to serum 1?

XFER wont send you the link to download serum 1 until you finish paying it off for some stupid reason. bunch of clowns over there, that made me cancel my subscription

@xfersupport @steve_xfer I own Serum2, Can I also get Serum 1 to download so I can open older FLPs that used Serum 1?

Does it mean Serum 1 has been discontinued and I need to cancel my subscription right away because nothing will be done about it?

Hello @xfersupport @steve_xfer , I am having the exact same issue. I purchased serum 2 but need access to serum 1 for use in old projects. Is serum 1 download available? Not having access to it prevents me from opening it in the FLP and I cant grab the patches to use in serum 2

Serum 1 can be downloaded from your Owned Plugins page

If you purchased Serum 2 via Splice, contact Xfer support using the Contact Us button and a Serum 1 license will be added to your account.

Serum 1 is discontinued and no longer available for purchase or offered through Splice RTO with Serum 2.

Note - A Serum 1 license is included with Serum 2 when purchased directly from Xferrecords.com, however, support will begin to phase out as 2.0 is the focus and future.

A license can be deposited into the Xferrecords account for Splice users after Serum 2 is paid in full, upon request.

Why have Serum 1 if you have Serum 2? Seems like a redundant idea to me…

Go to account name and clock owned plugins scroll down and serum 1 should be there available for download

You guys have to own Serum 2.. Meaning if you do a full payment you are eligible for Serum 1. Through Splice you have to finish your payments and you will receive your code. you aren't eligible if you just start paying through rent to own.
